Grandma Alice's Cheese Soup
3 large potatoes diced (I leave skins on)
3 large carrots chopped (I use several baby carrots!)
3 stalks celery chopped
1 medium onion diced
3 T chicken bouillon granules
1 1/2 qts water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 bunch broccoli chopped fine
1 pound cubed Velveeta cheese
Bread bowls (I bought mine at Panera!)
Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, bouillon granules and water to large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil, and cook until veggies are tender. Add soups and broccoli and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Serve piping hot in bread bowls!
